At Unbed App, we want you to be completely satisfied with your electronics purchase. If your device doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it remains in its original packaging.

Prepare the Device

Ensure the item is factory reset, placed in its original box with all included accessories, manuals, and protective padding to prevent transit damage.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from your email, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your shipping carton.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once our technicians verify the item's condition, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
